I have used Tom Beasley & Team for my previous moves and they always go above and beyond as far as service & courtesy & respect for my property!
They moved me on the 27th, of August and it was hotter then heck. We had a BIG problem with my Hugh Oak desk getting it through the door way of the room it was going into. Tom didn’t give up and problem solved it and got the desk in. Otherwise, they’d be putting it in my garage for me to sell or dispose of it!
If these 3 guys are an example of all your employees, then you are very fortunate to have such fine employees!

Morse did an excellent job overall with the move from start to finish. The crews were courteous, efficient and took great care with our household items.
The only issue was some missing pieces to two of the bed frames which the delivering driver assured us would be replaced by Morse quickly which as of this date have not arrived.

My husband I moved from Brownstown, Mi to Lewiston, MI on July 30 and 31, 2021. Our moving consultant, John Green, was very professional, helpful and took time to explain everything to us. We contacted him several times and he always got back to us in a timely manner if unable to immediately take our call. He was always pleasant and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. He presented your company in a very positive light; he leaves customers with a great first impression of Morse Moving.
Our moving representatives were Gavin Somers and Jacob Wahr. These two worked extremely well together, both being continuously professional, pleasant, courteous to us and respectful of our home and our items they moved. Jacob was a great mentor for Gavin and Gavin was eager to learn. Jacob has an outstanding way of guiding, teaching, and leading in a kind and effective way. They both followed our direction well and even went above and beyond! For example, I had a new headboard going into an already existing bedframe. The headboard bolts did not fit! Without me even asking, Gavin was quick to replace that frame with the one he had moved so that the headboard could be bolted on. In addition, there were several times when I had to change my mind about where certain furniture was placed as it did not fit where I had thought it would. These two both were always happy to make those changes for us. They took care to wrap our items well. So refreshing to see young men who work hard, are courteous and respectful, and who like their job!
Please commend these outstanding men. During these times when many companies are desperately looking to hire good employees, you are fortunate to have these three at Morse. This is the second time we have used your company and would definitely use you in the future. We will be recommending you to others as well.

A friend referred us to Morse moving company when it became apparent that our parents would be best suited in an independent retirement community. We had to move from Traverse City MI to Chelsea MI about four hours drive south. Jeremy came out and quoted the job. Norma and Wayne were excellent at servicing us by always being available for questions. They went above and beyond to work with us by coming to our parent’s home twice to load so that we could get out of there in the early part of the day-something that worked best for our parents in terms of the long ride down for them. Then we met our packers and movers Owen and Jake. Awesome guys who work like tornadoes getting the job done and they are STRONG ! We never even saw them stop for a break! I could not have had a better experience. This is the second time that I have used Morse Moving with furniture and boxes going from Detroit to Florida. The professionalism was unmatched when Morse’s agent came out twice to my house, once for the estimate and then I had questions on boxing, he then came out with extra used boxes, Both times, the drivers took there time and were very careful in setting up in the van, Unloading was the same way. On March 25, 2021, Morse Moving came to my home to pack and load my dining room set, recliner, and fire/ice fireplace. The young men I want to recognize are Shawn and Travis. Actually, the men informed me that Allied Van Lines has staff that can be hired just to unload and set up personal trucks and trailers. Morse Moving was great from initial quote to the moment they completed the delivery. We moved from Michigan to Arizona. Morse had us loaded in 3 hours, left our home as clean as when they arrived. They arrived at our storage facility in AZ right on time and had us unloaded in 2 hours. Every piece accounted for and no damage. Good morning! Morse Moving completed a local move for me on 2/8/21. Although I cannot remember their names, the two gentlemen that moved my furniture were friendly, professional, and efficient. The day I moved was at the very beginning of the cold snap, but they didn’t let that slow them down and maintained great attitudes. After they packed my storage unit it was easy to maneuver around the furniture to add the items I was moving. My mom also came to the storage unit one day with me and kept commenting on how well they packed the furniture and how she wished her movers (not Morse) would have done such a great job. Just wanted to take the time to say that you guys were extremely helpful during the move. Kyle was alot of help, and the driver matt was especially good, he was on time, and started working on his own without the other crew members that all arrived late.. once we got done and headed to the new house, matt and one of the guys were right behind us, but the other two didn’t arrive for another half hour or so. Overall it was great having a company do the work, but I was really left feeling sorry for the driver that seemed to not have the best help. Had all of them worked as well as the driver it would have taken at least an hour, possibly two off of the time.

My brother Ross, our Dad Bob, and I are simply amazed by the service we received from Allied from beginning to end, Wow’d is an understatement. When Ross made his decision to move from Michigan to Canada he didn’t know how he would get his belongs moved. Bob shared his experience from 1956 when he worked for Allied in Canada. As you can imagine it was a done deal. I called Allied and was delighted with the conversation I had with Eileen. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, and she helped me understand the whole process. After several conversations she scheduled a visit to meet Ross to see what he wanted moved. Ross was even more impressed with Eileen than I was, he said she was very kind and professional. When Ross made his decision, I called Eileen and said we are ready to move forward with the move. At that point Eileen introduced me to Tracey and explained to me that Tracey would be our Coordinator. Eileen made me feel comfortable when she told me what a wonderful person Tracey is and she would take over from here. Well Eileen was right, Tracey was the most delightful person I have ever met. Tracey did a fabulous job from the first time I met her, she was so professional and personable. She kept me informed every step off the way. I was most impressed and grateful when Tracey was able to get Ross’s move date changed. Tracey is the Best in my book, she made everything so easy and always so pleasant and welcoming every time I spoke with her. I don’t know the names of the gentlemen who came to pack Ross’s belongings, but Ross was so happy with the job they did. He said they were very polite, pleasant, hardworking, and did a great job. Ross was equally impressed with the gentlemen who came to load his belongings onto the truck. I spoke with the driver Mike on several occasions from the time he picked up Ross’s things to the time he delivered Ross’s things in Canada. Mike is amazing, I was concerned for his safety when he was in the middle of the snow storm on his way to Canada. Bob was impressed with Mike as well, Mike picked up documentation from Bob, had Ross’s belongings cleared at the airport then delivered Ross’s belongings. Bob said Mike and his helper did a fabulous job.Tracey from beginning to end every person on the team performed there duties perfectly, Ross, Bob, and I are all very delighted, and amazed with how easy Allied made it to move Ross’s belongings. Please tell everyone involved how happy, thankful and grateful we are for their service.

“Good Evening- We moved the end of December and used Morse. I would like to say how absolutely wonderful it was to book our move with Tony in the Michigan office. He worked with my schedule and walked me through everything I needed to know! Even the day of (and for a few days after) our move Tony was available and willing to help! Our move did not go as smoothly as we would have hoped, we were expecting a semi/large truck to move our 3 bedroom house/full basement. When a medium size truck showed up Tony swooped in and made it work. The first crew of movers that came Doug, Jeff, and Josh were BEYOND GREAT! They worked with us, dealt with my dogs and kids and I never heard them complain! The second crew that showed up the second day of our move was a different story. The second crew did not log any of our items, there was no inventory and they left quite a bit behind at our old house that luckily my sister was able to take care of with a friends truck. While we had some bumps in the road with the second set of guys and with communication (or lack there of) from Cynthia we ended up moving in three days instead of two and it appears all of our items made it. At the end of the day I could not say enough about Tony as well as Doug and his team! I have worked in retail management for over 10 years and I would hire Tony, Doug and Josh ANY day of the week! You could tell they care about their customers and have an extremely high work ethic! Treat these guys with care, it is hard to find employees like these! Thanks Tony, Doug, Josh and Jeff!!! Moving day 2 of 2 (although 3 were estimated) with Nate, Brad, Tellis, Logan, and Josh. Again, very professional, hard working, and courteous crew. They placed all furniture and unpacked all boxes onto flat surfaces today. Finished around 2:30. Very thorough with trash removal. Very little downtime- they kept at it. We had some items damaged in transit in boxes. Nothing major and nothing that this crew had control over. We also had some very minor paint damage in the kids rooms and the threshold is loose from the main entry traffic. I discussed these with Nate on the walk through,and he acknowledged professionally. I appreciate the work Brad did assembling furniture and executing minor repairs. All in all, one of the best move ins I’ve had- and this is my 18th move (Noblesville, IN)

Everything was great from beginning to the end. Nobody pressured me into paying upfront right away. They stayed in contact in case my moving date moved up or back a few days. I did have to adjust my moving date twice, which was no problem and taken care of very easily. The 2 men who came to my house did a great job and took extra care with all my stuff. I would recommend Morse Movers to anyone

Just a few comments concerning the move. This is the third move I have made with Allied – two of which used Morse Movers. I would recommend Morse Movers to anyone, This last move was the smallest of the three – but also the most difficult for me. Even though I had some furniture, it was basically boxes to be moved. Kyle came out to do the evaluation and was most helpful in explaining what will happen and how I should prepare. A couple of days before the move, I still had questions, and Kyle came out a second time with used empty boxes to explain to me how I should pack certain items. I was extremely happy that he took the time with me and answered all my questions. Was not expecting a 90 foot trailer coming down my street. But Tanner, the driver, knew how to maneuver his truck through the sub-division, I can not praise Tanner enough, especially once I found out that he would be my delivery driver also. I watched him load and unload everything as if it was his own, and did not have any worries that my stuff would get to Florida in the same condition as it left. And it did. Even though we stayed social distance, he was a pleasure to talk to through-out this event, both in Michigan and Florida. I highly recommend Tanner for any accolades that Morse Movers gives to their employees. Tanner should be on the top of the list. He was a pleasure to be with and talk to.

Morse moving is an amazing company because I believe they did what I thought was impossible. I was in California with my kids for the winter when idea of traveling back and forth to Michigan, where I owned a condo, wasn’t going to work like it had before, given the challenges of 2020. Kyle assured me that it would be possible for me to sell the condo and get all my things to California, without going back to Michigan. Kyle got me in touch with a great realtor that sold my condo in less than a day, Kyle’s crew did a great job packing and loading all my things, including a large piano. These guys are the best!

I just want to say that I am so happy with the service at Morse moving. I was given a window as to when my stuff will be picked up and delivered and they stuck to that. I was also given reminders and texts from the driver about who he will be delivering. It was super hassle-free. I would like to mention Sonia and Cynthia for awesome logistics. Sean and his delivery team were amazing. Such nice people! Delivered on time, assembled stuff for me. Amazing!

Thank you for doing so much to expedite this move. They didn’t notify us that they were coming yesterday, so that was exciting. But we were prepared and the loading went quickly and everything was delivered to MSU this morning. (I hope they are spelled correctly) They picked up right on schedule, and their drop off/delivery timing was perfect. Our belongings were shipped and delivered without damage or problems. As a group the men were professional, and extremely polite. We enjoyed these young people quite a bit and I think they may have even taught us a few things about courtesy and good manners. Rarely have I heard young folks use Please and thank you so prolifically. My wife even got a hug from each of them when they left, and each of them would be welcome in our home anytime.

This was my first experience with a moving company, so I had no idea what to expect. I anticipated the worst since the move was in different buildings, in snow, and everything wasn’t packed as well as hard to get to. Everything was done in a timely fashion. My husband and I had the pleasure of using Morse Moving when we moved out of state from Detroit. I worked with them throughout my interstate moving process and he was wonderful! When my husband was first offered his new position, we were concerned with whether or not we would be able to successfully coordinate the details of moving out of state.Morse Moving was fabulous from beginning to end! They helped us develop a timeline of interstate moving services that allowed us to send our interstate shipment (which included one of our vehicles) for a reasonable budget! I called many times with different questions, and was always given helpful advice and information. On our moving day, our things were packed by a really courteous group of interstate movers. We actually chose to have our things stored in Morse Moving private warehouse, which allowed us time to find a house.It was very convenient! I used Morse Moving to pack my 2 bedroom apartment in Detroit and move to Toronto Canada. These guys were great, they brought all of the materials, packed me up moved and unloaded me in 2 days! They handled all of the Paperwork for Customs and the move was smooth as could be. They gave me a flat rate which did not change at delivery as I have experienced twice before on my moves. On how the guys would come into my home and disassemble anything that I was unable to do, do to having surgery. The men that they sent were great, polite and courteous. I hired morse moving on the recommendation of the packing company I used. Overall, this is a hardworking crew who gets the job done. We did run into some communication/truck size issues, which resulted in having to do repeat trips on other days to get the remaining items. This was a frustrating process, and I felt a bit let down that this happened. Poor departmental communication was largely the cause of these problems. However, despite the mishap, multiple representatives from the company called me and asked me how everything went, and when I told them about the mistake, they worked to make it right. Businesses are made up of regular, fallible human beings, like you and me. I own a business, and my employees screw up all the time. People are just people and they make mistakes. When their employees screw up, some businesses will hide behind the name of the business and not make right on their mistakes. Some would rather damage their reputation and than take a profit loss on a job that wasn’t executed according to plan. I am pleased to say that wasn’t the case here. Despite the mishaps, the business took a hit on their bottom line to make sure that I felt satisfied in that I got the value that I paid for. There are tons of moving companies out there. All of them have trucks and big strong guys that can move your stuff. None of them employ sophisticated AI cybernetic android moving robots. They all employ regular human beings who get hurt, make mistakes, and get tired. Ultimately, no matter which company you choose, you pay money in exchange for big strong dudes and a truck. The job still gets done one way or another. What’s important is how companies handle it when something goes wrong, and in this case, I can say Morse Moving handled it with integrity and responsibility. I recommend you hire them for your own move on those grounds alone. This level of “We Will Make It Right” personal responsibility is unusual for modern businesses. Especially large corporations. I have to say, despite the errors that occurred with the move, I would hire this company again just based on their integrity in how they handled the mistakes.

Ted and “Steve” were joined by two more great crew members, Danielle and Matt. Danielle is Wonder Woman! She can do everything and what a great attitude.
